The Montebaducco "Donkey-Uccino"
It is a coffee-based beverage primarily created from espresso and steamed donkey milk.
The ingredients consist of about 125 mL of donkey milk and 25 mL of coffee. The foam (or, better, cream), which is prepared using a particular tool called a milk frother, must be good looking, dense, not airy and in a quantity equal to about one third of the cappuccino cup. Sometimes a sprinkling of cocoa or ground cinnamon is added to top it off.
