In a Rural Oasis surrounded by Matildico landscape, characterized by gentle hills and green expanses, within the donkey farm, lies Montebaducco Agritourism, a truly typical farmhouse where is celebrated the traditional emiliano romagnala cuisine thanks to the chef Matilde Faietti, wife of Giuseppe Borghi. The farmhouse is an old renovated cottage (former convent by 1600) that retains the charm of the era. The stone walls, the tiled floors, the beams and the fixtures in wooden and the typical fireplaces together with the traditional cuisine allow to reliving all the heat and the flavors of the past.

The restaurant can accommodate about 100 people, in different small and cozy halls and also has a large pergola used as a summer expanse.
The restaurant and accommodation service is available all year, however, only by reservation.
The structure offers the possibility of overnight stay, for short or long periods, has 4 comfortable and cozy Rooms, as well as a large room for groups. Overall it can accommodate up to 20 people.

THE EMILIANO ROMAGNOLA CUISINE
In Montebaducco farmhouse, is possible choose the traditional emiliano romagnola Cuisine such entrees with typical cheeses and salami including, for those wanting, salami and mortadella with donkey meat, all with tigelle and gnocco fritto. The first dishes are constituted by the classic emilian stuffed pastas, as cappelletti, tortellini, gnocchi and lasagna. Then assorted roasts and also for those who wish “stracotto asinino”, an overcooked with donkey meat.
After, savory tarts like the typical "erbazzone" and sweet pies. To accompany such goodness the farmhouse proposes its wine, the Lambrusco Reggiano. A pleasant wine that thanks to its characteristics is considered to be a real highlight for Reggiano territory.
